No criminal history or eviction.
Application will be denied.
Application fee- $85 per adult that will be living in the unit
Must make 2.5X rent which is $6000/ month
Utilities included- trash, sewer, in-unit washer and dryer + FREE WI-FI
72- hour approval process
One time pet fee of $250 (30 lbs)
