Beautiful 3/3 Townhouse corner unit, with patio and storage room, with 1 bedroom and full bathroom on 1st floor, great condition, no carpet, tile and wood floors, washer and dryer in unit, garden maintenance included, also water, basic cable and internet will be paid, the only bill tenant will pay is the electric bill which is very low since we have installed a titan tankless water heater which saves energy and all appliances are relatively new. The nice patio has a cover area where you can have nice family gatherings. The community has a club house with pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, water splash park for kids, bingo and billiard pool tables and beautiful spaces for the whole family for an extra small charge and it is just down the block from the complex.
