Requirements-
1. Tenants must make 2.5X the rent $4,375 a month( if you come a little less like $4100 we can discuss)
➡️If you have 600+ credit score
•move in cost will be $2,750 ( First month rent of $1750 + $1,000 deposit )
➡️If you have have a credit score BELOW 600
•Move in cost will be $5,250 ( first month rent 1750 + 2 security)
APPLICATION FEE -$85 ( Approval process take 72 hours)
Utilities included-
Water,Trash/Sewer & Free wifi
Pets are allowed-
Pet deposit $250 and $50 a month pet fee( if you have an emotional support animal pet deposit will be waived off)
Parking space-
You get 1 parking space with guest parking( trust me there is plenty of space)
