This newer-construction Lakeview condo is ready for new tenants starting Aug. 1! With tall ceilings, windows fronting Ashland and two large bedrooms, the unit offers a great blend of space plus location. There are hardwood floors throughout (with carpet in the second bedroom,) and the kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher and a microwave, along with ample cabinet and counter space. The adjacent living area can hold any size sofa and furniture, with space left over for a dining area.
