Credit must be in good standing (650+ FICO score required). Monthly income must exceed 3x the rent. No evictions or serious crimes. In the event you don't meet the credit or income requirements, cosigners can be considered and will be held to a higher income standard. We only require the security deposit and first month's rent to move in (no last month's rent upfront!)

Features include newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, dishwasher, new LVT flooring, and tons of natural light! This unit is located on the first floor and has it's own private entrance. It also has access to the main building where there is shared, coin operated laundry.
Water is included in the rent. Only the security deposit and first month's rent are needed to move in! $50 application fee.
