Apartment is in a prime location in a beautiful neighborhood in Center City West/Graduate Hospital area of Philadelphia and is situated conveniently by a wealth of restaurants, shops, supermarkets/grocers, and is in close proximity to Rittenhouse Square park, Broad Street "Avenue of the Arts" venues, and public transit routes; SEPTA Broad Street Line subway and bus lines.
