Gas, Heat, Water and Trash are included. Excellent natural light On-site laundry- No coins needed just download the app on your smart phone to operate machines Very close to lake for great walks, bus line and "L" for access to downtown. 1st month’s rent + $400 non-refundable move in fee $50 application fee Income must be at least 3x the monthly rent and 650+ credit score. Cats ok with $200 pet fee.
