Upload a photo of an empty room and get it furnished in seconds. No watermark, no credit card, no account — 5 photos a day.
Paid virtual staging runs $7–$24 an image, or $16 a month for six photos. This is free.
It furnishes an empty room in a listing photo. You give it the photo, the room type and a furniture style; it returns the same photo with furniture in it — the walls, windows, doorways, floor and camera angle left exactly as they were. That last part is the whole job. Staging that quietly widens a room or moves a window is not marketing, it is a misrepresentation, and it is the fastest way to a complaint.
Virtual staging is an established paid category. ApplyDesign charges $7–$10 an image. VirtualStagingAI's entry plan is $16 a month for six photos — $192 a year before you have staged a second listing. Done-for-you services with human designers charge more again.
We are not a staging company. We build listing marketing — websites, video, social and syndication from one upload — so staging is one step in a workflow we already run, and giving it away costs us less than it costs a staging company to sell it. That is the honest version of why it is free.
Most MLSs require virtually staged images to be labelled, and several state associations have published guidance on it. Rules differ by MLS, so check yours — but the safe default, and the one this tool applies by default, is to mark the image and say so in the remarks. Leave the label on.
No. The only text added is the “Virtually staged” label, and you can turn that off — though for MLS use you generally should not.

No. The image is passed to the model, the result is returned to your browser, and nothing is stored on our side.
Yes — pick “Already furnished — replace the furniture”. Results are less reliable than staging an empty room, because the model has to erase before it builds.
Generally yes, if you disclose. That is an MLS-by-MLS rule, so confirm with yours before uploading.
