Send your rentals to the portals from your software, Claude or ChatGPT.
Reallyo’s Listings API and MCP server let your property management software, your own code and AI apps create, update and take down rental listings on your Reallyo account. Reallyo publishes them to our network of partner rental sites, and every change follows automatically.

Three ways to connect
Use whichever fits how you hold your listings today. They all reach the same account and the same partner sites.
From Claude or ChatGPT
Add https://mcp.reallyo.com as a custom connector, sign in with your Reallyo login and choose read only or read and write. Then ask in plain English: “List the 2-bed at 2834 Elston, $2,150, available now” or “Mark 12B as rented”.
From your own software
A REST API with an OpenAPI spec. Send one listing per request with your own unit ID, and later updates to that ID change the same listing. Every error names the field to fix.
From your property management system
No developer? Reallyo imports automatically from the feed your property management software already produces, an XML or MITS feed, or a CSV or spreadsheet.
Manage your listings by asking.
Connect Claude or ChatGPT once, then run your rental marketing in a chat: list new units, change rents, mark units rented, and ask what’s live.
- In Claude, open Settings → Customize → Connectors and add a custom connector. In ChatGPT, add it on a Business, Enterprise or Edu workspace.
- Paste
https://mcp.reallyo.com, then sign in with your Reallyo login on Reallyo’s own page. - Choose read only or read and write, and press Connect.

Done. Unit 2F at 2834 N Elston Ave is listed at $2,150 a month, available now, with 12 photos. Reallyo will send it to its partner rental sites. You have 7 of your 10 available rentals in use.
12B on Halsted is let. Take it off.
Marked 12B at 1520 N Halsted St as rented. It comes off the partner sites with the next update.
A REST API built for property management systems.
Your software sends each unit with your own ID. Updates to that ID change the same listing, so you never create duplicates, and every response says what happened to the change.

The same operations in the API and the MCP server.
Create a listing
Address, rent, beds and baths, description, photos, availability, lease terms, pets and amenities. Photos are copied from the links you send.
Update any listing
Change the rent, the photos or the date it’s available, on listings you made through the API or in the Reallyo dashboard.
Mark it rented, or take it down
Set the status to rented when a unit is let, or remove it. Removed listings are kept and can be restored.
Find a listing
By Reallyo’s id, your own unit ID, its MLS number, or a search on the address, so an AI assistant can find “the 2-bed on Elston”.
Check before sending
Validate a listing without saving it, and see exactly which fields need fixing.
See your plan
How many available rentals your plan allows, how many you have, and the day’s changes.
Safe for software and AI to use
- Every listing is checked before it’s saved; a change that fails is refused with each field named, and nothing is stored
- Read-only connections for AI apps that only need to look
- Named API keys: read only or read and write, limited to your servers’ IP addresses, replaced or switched off in API settings
- Unusual bulk changes, such as taking down many listings at once, wait for the account holder to confirm by email
- Up to 100 listing changes go live a day on each account; more are kept and applied the next day, in order
- Disconnect any app from API settings at any time
Listings API and MCP server FAQ
What is the Reallyo Listings API?
A REST API that lets your own software create, update and take down rental listings on your Reallyo account. Reallyo publishes the listings to its partner rental sites. One listing per request, your own unit IDs, and an OpenAPI spec. Documentation: https://listings-api.reallyo.com/v1/docs
Is there an MCP server for rental listings?
Yes. Reallyo’s MCP server is at https://mcp.reallyo.com. Claude, ChatGPT and other MCP clients can create, update, find and take down listings on your account with tools such as create_listing, update_listing and remove_listing.
Can Claude or ChatGPT post my rental listings?
Yes. Add https://mcp.reallyo.com as a custom connector in Claude (Settings, Customize, Connectors) or in ChatGPT (on Business, Enterprise and Edu workspaces), sign in with your Reallyo login, and ask it to list a unit, change the rent or mark one rented. No API key is needed.
Can I send rental listings to Zillow through an API?
Yes, through Reallyo. Send your rentals to Reallyo with the Listings API or the MCP server, and Reallyo publishes them to its partner rental sites, Zillow among them.
Which property management software does it work with?
Any software that can send an HTTPS request can use the API. If you’d rather not write code, Reallyo imports automatically from the listing feed your property management software already sends, an XML or MITS feed, or a spreadsheet.
How much does the API cost?
Nothing extra. The Listings API and MCP server are included on every Reallyo plan, including the free plan. Your plan sets how many rentals can be available at once.
How do I get an API key?
Sign up or sign in, open API settings in your Reallyo dashboard (https://newdash.reallyo.com/dash/api-settings), enable the API and make a key. Claude and ChatGPT don’t need a key: they sign in with your Reallyo login.
Is there a bulk endpoint?
No, by design: one listing per request, so every listing is checked and every error is clear. For a large first load, use automated import or email hello@reallyo.com.
What if an AI app makes a mistake?
AI apps can misunderstand. Use a read-only connection when it only needs to look, and check what it changes. Unusual bulk changes wait for your confirmation by email, and removed listings can be restored.
What kinds of listings can I send?
Long-term rentals from agents, brokerages, property managers and landlords. Short-term and vacation rentals are not supported.
Connect once. Your listings publish themselves.
Start free, enable the API in API settings, and connect your software or AI app.
